well, whats done is done. this semester in lab has been one of the best times ive ever had in an academic environment. i believe that all labs should be like the one i had the chance to be a part of. it makes me sad that this semester’s lab is over. at least we got to finish it off with some s’mores!

well, my new gell had basically the same cut.
it was much more clear, but i was hoping for something different!

ran some numbers to make my gels.
well, they didnt match very well.
which was somewhat upsetting.
so since i am a perfectionist, i will be doing my digest again.

and this time, it will be amazing and beauuuutiful

well, thats my gel. i was a little upset since i really wanted a really neat looking one. at least a got a good band, but i wanted it to be like WOAH look at me, im different!
we’ll just have to wait and see what happens during the analysis

today was a feelin’ good day in lab.
i needed it to be a feelin’ good day
since my car is messed up, i needed a pick-me-up
enzymes are in the dna, doing their thing
putting them on the gel tomorrow
hopefully my car will be fixed tomorrow

some errors came
but still it was tame
i still got my way
to getting my dna

man lab was loooooong today!
and i think i have a bruise on my hand. aggh, no fun!
but lab was good-got me some dna and ready to move on!

finally got to see my whataguy today.
life is good!

dr.gibbon tried to make cheese today in lecture and i was pretty excited since i was hungry.

too bad it didnt work out. gosh darn, i was hungry too.
