I read Anne-Marie’s comments about her scepticism as regards new media in education. I thought her comparison to televsion was pertinent since there were all kind of comments when it came along about how much good it would do for education. We know that American Idiol ain’t education. Still, I would note a big difference. There is SO much stuff out there that there must be many good things. Thus my attitude is explore even though there may be many things that are not interesting or useful to me. Surely I can find things that fit me .
